  15. At least you can get it... USWest's general policy is that unless they think they 
  16. can make a killing, screw the consumer.  The ONLY place I am aware of USWest 
  17. offering ISDN are the Seattle area, parts of Colorado, and some of Utah.  They could 
  18. care less about everyone else.
